All user-provided information (weight/height, goals, optional details such as dietary preferences, allergies) is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage/SecureStore. We do not transmit, store, or process your data externally.
Your information is used only within the App to:
Generate personalised meal plans and associated shopping lists.
Save your preferences and progress.
Improve your user experience.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or resale.
You remain in full control of your data at all times.
You can clear all stored information via the App’s settings (“Delete Data” or “Reset Profile”).
Deleting the App from your device will also remove all data.
Data is stored locally on your device.
Sensitive information (e.g., allergies) can be stored using SecureStore for added protection.
While we take reasonable steps to secure your data, no storage system is completely secure. Use of the App is at your own risk.
